Liabilties and Disclaimers

Does Buzzsaw recommend any specific policies for companies to follow in regard to liabilities associated with the transfer of electronic documents? Areas of concern include: Use of files for anything other than thier intended use, protection in case of inaccuracies in the files, modification without permission, etc. I am considering posting a disclaimer that addresses these issues and more on the 'home' page of our buzzsaw account for all to view, but I am concerned that all visitors will not see this. Is there a way to insure that all visitors to a buzzsaw site view a disclaimer before transfering documents? I am interested in any and all comments on this subject.

The invitation process has an URL associated with
it. The first time people visit the site, they download the client, and then
navigate to the URL. You could put your legal information on the site info page.
Since ProjectPoint has tight access controls, most of our customers have used
the permission system to restrict users to the minimum amount of data they need
to do their jobs. The logs will show you who has seen what.
