Check the file size in Buzzsaw. If the file size is 0kb, the DWG never uploaded to Buzzsaw in it's entirety. This happens when a user uploads files to Buzzsaw and closes Buzzsaw before the files completely upload.
The files were uploaded properly. I can download file and open with either CAD or DWG trueview when saved to my pc. If I add same file again, I get same message when viewing through Buzzsaw.
