Hi there!
We are trying to use a Mac with Parallels Desktop and Win XP installed to connect to the Buzzsaw server. We can establish a connection to the server, but unfortunately it won't accept the username and password, although everything works fine when using a PC only.
Ack! The reason it's not working is likely because I gave the wrong subdomain. When connecting using WebDAV you need to use the webfolders subdomain:
https://webfolders.buzzsaw.com/sitename
If that doesn't work it may be due to the 'Parallels' app or Mac OS which technically isn't supported.
It'll work. You're trying to login to Buzzsaw from the Windows virtual machine, correct? Whether you use Parallels or VMware Fusion (the two most popular Windows VMs for MAC), you'll get in. Confirm that you are entering the correct username and PW (case-sensitive). I use Buzzsaw on my MAC on a daily basis..........my virtual machine is VMware Fusion.
