Revit MEP 2012 Glue Error

I get the following error every time I try and upload my views to Glue from Revit MEP 2012. I've tried reinstalling the Add-In with no luck.

Thank you for participating in our community!

Please, log-out (see attached) from Autodesk 360 from the Autodesk Revit MEP 2012 and then sign-in. Also, delete the contents inside the “Horizontal” folder which can be found here %localappdata%\Horizontal (copy and paste this link to your window browser). Once you delete the content try to glue your model again.
