BIM 360 Glue has offline capabilities exactly for the reason that you may not always have internet access.
For it to work you need to remain logged in and fully open the model at least once when connected to the Internet. Please also review this Help article on how to use the app offline: http://help.autodesk.com/view/BIM360/...
