Glue from Revit 2014 no longer working

I installed a trial of Glue 360 this morning to test run it for a current project. Everything was working fine and I was able to upload three different models using the plug-in directly from Revit (running Revit 2014 x64). I also have Autodesk 360 installed on my computer. After successfully uploading and merging three models with glue I updated Autodesk 360 (it had been bugging me for a while to update it). Immediately following this update the 360 glue plug in stopped working. I receive the error in the image below ("no imaging component suitable to complete this operation was found"). I attempted a system restore to this morning before I installed the Autodesk 360 update. Still I received the same error. I uninstalled everything and just reinstalled 360 Glue but am still receiving the same error. I have tried gluing several different models so it is not related to one particular model. I am not the only user in my office who has experienced this issue. We really enjoyed the short-lived functionality of this product and would like to have it back. Any suggestions? Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hello Sara,

Thank you for participating in our community!

I am sorry to hear that you are getting an error message after updating Autodesk 360. Please, log-out (see attached) from Autodesk 360 from the Autodesk Revit and then sign-in again. Once you sign-in, open your model and try using Glue plug-ins to Glue your model. If it still doesn’t work then please submit a service ticket by clicking on “Contact Autodesk” link from pull down within the BIM 360 Glue application (see attached).

Please, let me know if this help.

Thank you and have a great day!

Best regards,

Anil,

Thank you for your reply. That did not work. I did find however that when I created a new host workspace I could glue to that, so it seems the host space was either maxed out or corrupted. I was able to upload all the discipline models to the new host spaced with no problem. I have run across a new problem. When I try and launch the architectural model from  the ipad application it causes it to crash. I can launch the other disciplines without issue. Is there a maximum size model that the ipad application can handle?

Thank you,

Sara

Wouldn't it better serve the 360 Glue community by having solutions posted on a forum instead of in individual emails? Why even have this forum if we can't get our questions answered on it?

Hello Sara,

Please, try to delete the contents inside the “Horizontal” folder which can be found here %localappdata%\Horizontal (copy and paste this link to your window browser). Once you delete the content try to glue your model again.

Please, let me know if this help.

Thank you and have a great day!

Best regards,

Anil - Nope, that did not help. I will submit a ticket.

Thank you,

Sara
