Downloading models in native format

I used to be able to download models from Glue in their native file formats (.dwg, .rvt). When I try to download them now, Glue will only give me a .dwf, which isn't very helpful in any program that you can model in.

Has anybody had this issue and know if it's maybe just a setting that I don't have selected?

Thank you for participating in our community!

You should be able to download every model in their native file format except model from the Revit. The Revit views are converted into .dwf format when you Glue them. You can uploaded Revit file (.rvt) to Glue using the drag and drop method but the .rvt file cannot be downloaded in its native format.

Please, let me know if this help.

Thank you and have a great day!
