BIM 360 Glue & API...?

Hi All,

 

Interested in finding out some information regarding BIM 360 Glue access via external programs/softwares....through API? Can glue be 'connected' to other external applications firstly? Much like the current link via BIM 360 Field, copying this link but with another application besides Glue 360 Field? Is there anyone who can help on this topic or could speak to? Appreciated help.
