.csv file will not import to "Issues" in BIM 360 Field

In my excel file, under both the 'Issue Type' and the 'Field Process' column, I have used "Punch List" to satisfy the condition. However, when I attempt to import the file, an error message (Could not find Issue Type 'Punch List' in Field Process 'Punch List' for project 'SW Region - SWC Central Plant, Field House and DeVore Stadium Improvements') will not allow me to do so. 

I have attempted to use the phrase 'Architecture Punch List' as well and neither will work. 

I have attached the file that I am attempting to import to 360 field.

I noticed that both the issue types (“Punch List” and “Architecture Punch List”) that you are trying to use are not associated with your project (SW Region - SWC Central Plant, Field House and DeVore Stadium Improvements). I have attached screen shot of Issue types from your project for your reference. Please, add “Punch List” and “Architecture Punch List” issue types (Adding and deleting issue types) or use appropriate issue types from your existing list and try to import your issue .csv file. I was able to import provided .csv file to my test project without any problem.
