Can't Login to BIM360 Field

Hello,

I cannot login into BIM360 Field using my Autodesk account. I can login to Glue, Recap, Autocad 360 and all other Autodesk sites, but I gen an error everytime I try to login into Field either from my desktop or iPad i get an error that my username or password is incorrect. I have been added to projects in Field with the correct email address, but can't login.

I'm having a similar problem. I can login to all the services from Autodesk, even the BIM 360 Field from the computer, but i can't login to BIM 360 Field from the iPad. It says: "Sign in Failed: Username or Password is incorrect". No problem with BIM 360 Glue on the iPad, only with BIM 360 Field. Smiley Sad

Hello Enrique,

Our record shows that your user id “enrique.maass@ldconstructora.cl” is associated with account “Constructora LyD-1398646568". This account was set-up as trial account and it’s expired on 26 May 2014. I have sent an email to our fulfillment department to extend trial period for 7 more days and someone from sales team will reach out to you soon.

Is the Building Design Suite Ultimate and the yearly subscription associated with these services? or do I have to buy another subscription to use them? Because we are planning to use Field and Glue in our company... Thanks for the quick answer 😃

Hello everybody,

 

first some explaination:

We had a trial version at first then we bought a project license to continue the pilot program we had set up.

I can loggin to the webbrowser and everything works fine, but I can't loggin my Ipad.. evenso my collegue and subcontractors seem to have the 

same problem. It gives back the error "Sign In Failed username or Password is incorrect" the strang thin is with the same I can loggin into the webbrowser.

 

can someone help me with this strange problem?

Hello,

Please send an email to bim360.support@autodesk.com since this will require an escalation to our authentication/sales team. Also, include the name of the project you're trying to access as well.
