About 65% of all support issues I deal with is when clients install a new "major" version of IFFFS, the previous version of Wiretap Server is still run. I guess somewhere along the way the install script fails to update the symbolic link to the newer Wiretap Server. Just want to let you know, if there is some more robustness you could build into the install script.
