I am having issues moving some files within vault. When using the drag and drop method, I get the error:

One or more files cannot be moved. See details....

Under details:

Affected Object: filename.iam.dwf

Restriction: cannot move checked out files.

The file I am attempting to move is not checked out. I'm thinking the .dwf file is the visualization file? Why wouldn't this be checked in with the regular file? This is hit and miss; only certain files are doing this.

Since, the associated DWF file is checked out, you were not able to move the assembly. To resolve this you need to undo checkout the DWF file.
 
 
As DWF files are hidden file, please enable "Show hidden files" in Vault Explorer options and then locate the DWF file and execute undo check out.
