Vault Pro 2011 thin client issue.  We have categories set up for files that we do not want other departments to see in the thin client.  We have the security level on the folder set to deny on read, modify, and delete for that group of people.  If you open the thin client and map thru the directories the folder is not there which is a good thing.  If you do a search on one of the files in the secure directory you will get the results, you can select that file and you will be prompted to open the file or save the file.  The file will then be opened and can be viewed.  Is there a way to prevent this scenario?

I'm guessing the files in the locked down folder have a lifecycle and the lifecycle state has an ACL that is allowing the users from the other department to see them.  If this is the case, you can change the ACL associated with the lifecycle state(s) so that unauthorized users cannot see them.
