Hello
I would like to restrict the User (client) to save a inventor or auto cad file ONLY in the server, never local.

Is it possible?

WIth Vault this isn't possible as the file must be saved before it can be checked in.  You can however define the project workspace to be on a server and they will have to save there, but this will still not stop them from saving it anywhere else.
