I am not able login to server with new Repair Utility (vault 2013 SP1). I get the error "Only users with administrator role can run this application.". What can be wrong? The username/password is correct, this is my vault server account with role admin. I am afraid that problem could be with localization of vault server. We use CZE localization. Could somebody with localized vault 2013 server check and confirm taht is able to login with this utility?
Many thanks
Petr

Hi Petrxn,
Reference Repair Utility could only work with Server with the respective Update 1.
Could you help to validate this?
Thanks.

Thank you, this update is already installed on server. Build 17.1.16.0 Update 1. I am able login with Vault client (the same build/update) but not with this utility.

There is a bug in the utility. It works only if the ADMS is an English ADMS.
If the ADMS is localized, it doesn't work because the display name of the role name is not "Administrator".
I already log this by Autodesk.

Hello,
Thanks for reporting this. We found that in some localized environments it is not possible to log into Vault from the Reference Repair Utility. We are working on a fix for this issue.
Thanks

No solution yet?
I want to use this tool before performing a purge. Our database is growing and I can't do anything to fix it.

Yes: replace Roles.RoleName="administrator" by Roles.SystemName="administrator"
=> 3 month of works ;-)
No, I think Autodesk want to publish an hotfix with others improvements in order to fix the initial purge bug in Vault Basic by example (actually, the Repair Utility can't fix the original bug because you can't give a child newer than the parent as references...)
But hope this fix will be available very soon !
