Autodesk Vault

I got an error in vault 2013 upgrade from 2012.

our System Configuration is :

OS: Windows server 2008R2 SP1 (x64)
SQL Server: SQL server 2008R2 SP1 (x86)

it is a dedicated server for Autodesk vault.

We had Vault 2012 installed on the server.

As per the ducumetation I started the 2013 installation without uninstalling 2012 version.

7 out of 8 steps in installtion went ok.

The Error I got was Error 29001.

I am attaching the screen capture of the error and the setup log file also.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. The issue was fixed . It had something to do with ASP version in IIS. Reinstalled IIS in server manager roles  as shown in advanced configuration guide and it went OK.
