Custom Inventor iProperty Group & Vault

I created a custom iProperty group in an Inventor file via the API and when adding this file to the Vault the new iProperties contained in this custom group are not available or visible. Is this a known missing feature or is there a trick to get it to read these iProperties?

Can you post an example file?

See attached Inv2008 DWG file. I added a text note showing the iProperties that I want to appear in the Vault. The code used to create the custom property set is stored within the file.

Add this file to your vault and you'll see the properties are not available in the vault property set.

    Hi Tom,

I'm getting the same result as you - I can't see any of the ACAD properties.

you might want to log this with support to see if they can assist.

    Tom,
I think the issue lies in where the iProperties are stored. These properties
are part of 'MyCustom Properties' and do not display in the regular
structured file storage iProperties in the Inventor file. Is there any way
you can write these to the custom iProps? These will index and appear in
    Vault. Thanks.

We could but we were looking into the idea of forcing users to use a macro to enter iProperties to keep our standards enforced. The only way to do this is through a custom group that can not be edited thru the iProperties dialog.
We may decide against this, but the other issue is our date format standard is "NOV 08 2007". Unfortunatly, Windows doesn't capitalize the month so the title blocks say "Nov 08 2007"
Where can I add custom iProperty groups to the Vault wishlist?

I have created new format and added new iprops to the custom tab in drawing but they are not showing up in Vault so i can add to my search options. I see the addins for my custom parts list columns. And i am positive i have done this in the past, but i have no idea what i am missing and done wrong.
