Autodesk Vault

Hi all,

I'm fairly new to Vault and I've been tasked with configuring it for our organization.

I have automatic categorization working based on file properties just fine, however, I've been asked to get these files to also automatically move into specific folders. Is there a way to move files into specific sub-folders based on properties?

I'm looking for something like the following -->

<$>

     <Project Folder>

          <Category 1>

               <All files with category = "Category 1"> 

          <Category 2>

               <All files with category = "Category 2">

          <Category 3>

               <All files with category = "Category 3">

Sorry but currently there is no way to automatically move files into other folders.
