Autodesk Vault

Dear All,

Kindly help me on below issue.

My client recently purchased Autodesk Vault Professional 2013 Licenses.

Due to Project requirement they want to downgrade to 2011 Version.
 

I guided them to subscription center to download the 2011 media, but  they are able to download only Autodesk Vault Professional 2011 (Client). They are not able to download the Autodesk Vault Professional 2011 (Server). (There is no option to download 2011 server)

Kindly help me to find the media for Autodesk Vault Professional 2011 (Server).

Kindly suggest if Autodesk Vault Professional 2013 (Server) media can be used for Autodesk Vault Professional 2011 (Clients).

I need urgent reply. Kindly help.

Dear Vijay Singh,

in subscription center there is another download section called "Product Enhancements".

Here you should be able to find the download "Autodesk Vault 2011".

If your customer still don´t see the download they should log a service request for Autodesk.
