Autodesk Vault 2012 will not pass ADMS Syetem Check report

All,

I am having problems installing Autodesk vault 2012. I have accessed the insallation help manual and made the recomendations that are listed. Change the firewall setting to include port 80 as an exception and change permissions on the :\Inetpub\wwwroot folder but no luck.

Are you able to open the file noted in the precheck dialog through Internet Explorer? (http://localhost/TestASP/TestASPNET.aspx)

Are you able to open the IIS welcome page by browsing to http://localhost?

Regarding the other two errors in the prechecks, was the machine running a previous version of Vault?
