What's the best way to add some new properties in Vault, which can be used as view headings, to search on files etc?

Thank you for your posting. Would you please let us know your Vault product information -

    • which release- 2012, 2011 or earlier?
    • Which edition? Vault, Vault Workgroup, Vault Coloration or Vault Professional?

detail instructions are available through Vault 2011 Help.

    Hope this helps.
