Lots of different things, but let me clearyfy with some background information.
After updating a customer from one release to another, often they (costumers) do not have full history of wich folder and files they have migrated. In Task Scheduler it's only possible to migrate files from Vault by selecting the hole Vault structure, or a folder with its subfolders below. If the hole structure is selected, I bet a cold beer
- that Task Scheduler will crash before it gets the job done.
More and more costumers has a huge amount of data in their Vaults, because they have used it for years now.
If a subfolder with its subfolders are selected, You have to remember how long in the process you are, and most of my costumers dont take their time to get this done. Another issue is that not all data are in the structure below the selected folder, so now I think I'm getting closer to my point.
IF I could run Saved Vault searches in Task Scheduler, then I could use the Vault Explorer to create different searches, because Im able to use all the fine search features to create searches, and this will give me a control to run Task Scheduler on exactly the files - no matter where in the Vaults structure - the files are saved.
Hope this makes sence.
Best wishes
