Reset ECO Number

It would be nice if there was a way to "reset" the ECO number if an ECO is not used. As it is our ECO number must be manually entered to maintain the numerical order. This requires that we keep a physical log of ECO numbers to insure we don't inadvertantly skip or double up on one.   This seems like it should be a standard function of Vault Pro.  At the least an ECO that is cancled should not allow us to skip to the next number. That number should be unused until the ECO is actually started
