Hi,
No you can't do that (or do you find a workaround???). You only can define a group of users who can Release a file. But for a customer who don't have those kind of employee, it's not possible.
To explain well:
You have 3 users:
Adam
Bill
Carl
FR=For Review
R= Released
If Adam put a file in FR, I want to allow only Bill and Carl to put it in R.
If Bill put a file in FR, I want to allow only Adam and Carl to put it in R.
If Carl put a file in FR, I want to allow only Adam and Bill to put it in R.
Then what I need is:
In the transition security, add the possibility to add a condition "Except than the last modified username".
