Autodesk Topobase

I have installed Topobase Web 2010 and am trying to configure a web layout in Topobase Administrator. In Topobase Administrator 2009, the Web layout widget was a text box where you could enter, for example, Library://...WebLayout. In Topobase Administrator 2010, that widget is a drop-down list. The problem is, the drop-down list is empty

I have created a web layout in Studio from the Topobase Web Layout map and web layout. However, the Administrator does not recognize it. It does recognize the Sheboygan web symbol library, so I know that I am connecting to the MapGuide server.
