Does anyone knows how to refresh the map on Topobase Web, through API?

There is a Refresh button on the Topobase Web tool bar. What i want to do is set a Timer to call this Refresh function to refresh my map automatically. Or is there a configuration settings to refresh my map automatically once in a while?
Any sample code or links with regards to Topobase Web API is greatly appreciated.
