Topobase Web Procedure Revision problem

I'm trying to connect to Topobase Web after installing the Topobase Administrator Service Pack 1. I'm getting the following error
"The serverside stored procedures (7.00.72) are newer than the installed Topobase version (7.00.41). Please update the installed Topobase software."
I've updated the Topobase Administrator and Topobase Server Administrator shows that everything appears to be current. What component needs to be updated?
