Help creating a horizontal taper traverse

    Hello,
I have been using autocad for a while now and can't get a simple horizontal
alignment report including the coordinate of the bc,ec pi coordinates of
curves for the alignment taper. I will try to explain a little bit what I
would like. I currently have a alignment (see below) with curves. From that
alignment I have a new alignment based on a offset distance. As you can see
the new alignment is not all copy parallel distance. What I would like is
that all offset distance be in a taper on tangent and if it is on a curve I
would like a best fit curve (repeat best fit curve) no compute curve by two
know points all reference to the main alignment.
    Any help would be appreciated.
