I have just installed CAiCE 10.0, the one that requires a hardlock key. I wish to update to SP8 but I am not able to get to SP4, which is the first SP4 found on the CAiCE updates website. According to the website, SP3 is needed to install SP4. Does anyone know where I can obtain CAiCE SP3 update?
