We use streamline to share the designs with the people we work for. But sometimes it goes wrong and they can not open the amp files we extracted from inventor.
There is a fault message but nothing specific.
What is the cause and what can we do about it.

In order to help others help you, post more details such as what
is the fault message and what are your computer specs including
the display driver.

this is the error message I get. The file is corrupted because
it does not open on several computers.
