Yes, I meet this problem same as you! and I had test with WinXP haven't install any other application, just WinXP+Sp1, IE6+SP1, and blaster patch, can't solve this problem.

Try uninstalling the projectpoint client, rebooting, and visiting the site again to download the latest client.
