Password retention isn't happening

When I re-open Streamline - the sign-in page first displays my email and
password field as being filled in. Then the page automatically refreshes by
itself and the password field is blank. I fill in the password, click the
box to remember it but next visit it does the same refresh sequence.

I created a fresh bookmark and it is now retaining my password field.

You're not supposed to bookmark the URL with LoginName= in it (security
concerns); which is why you saw the behavior you did. The "front door" for
Autodesk Streamline is https://streamline.autodesk.com.
