Thank you for your patience during the transition and redesign of the
Autodesk Discussion Groups.
Your feedback has validated many of the improvements we've made to the
groups, but it has also alerted us to some problems that we are working hard
to resolve. We apologize for any inconveniences being caused by these
issues.
At this point, the main issues are as follows:
1. Intermittent message-syncing issues between nntp and http
2. File attachment restrictions and errors
We have scheduled an update for Saturday, January 17, 2004 from 10:00am to
12:00pm PST. This is to further improve both NNTP and HTTP performance.
NNTP access will be unavailable during this time. HTTP access will be
unaffected. We appologize for any inconvienience this may cause.
To help keep you informed of our progress on these and other issues, we've
created an area where you can review their current status, as well as find
release notes and announcements when available:
http://www.autodesk.com/discussion-announcements.
If you have additional feedback or input about the Autodesk Discussion
Groups, please contact us by using the form available at
http://www.autodesk.com/discussion-feedback.
Thanks again for your patience!
