Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Insight

Hai all

please advice how to find optimum diameter using moldflow insight, I have mold with 16 cavities

for now i just maintain the pressure  not over than 120 Mpa(based on my injection machine)

Hi Farid,

I don't know if you have looked at the runner balancing option in the Moldflow software yet? You can find some of information on this in the wiki help here

To simulate the meltflipper effect you must have your runner cold as well as hot in 3D use 12 to 20 layers of tetra for your runner system and 8 layers of tetra for you are part to balance a runner system
