Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Insight

Has anyone seen this difference between the gate mesh and the gate results?  See attached pictures.

If so, are the results correct to how the gate was modeled, or to how it appears in the results.

The part is a 3D mesh.  The runner and gate are beam elements.

I have reported this as a bug starting with 2011.  It gets difficult to explain to people that have limited knowledge of moldflow analysis results that this is just a visual anomaly.

Haven't heard a word about anybody trying to fix this issue in the software.
