    Solver Warning 201434????

Does anyone know how to renumber nodes and element? In the old Moldflow, if I remember correctly we could do a squeeze. Now, with 2012 MPI, I cannot find any way to correct this. Help...Thx

** WARNING 201434 ** There are huge gaps in the node or element numbering in the model.

It may cause memory allocation failure in warp analysis.

Global Merge (from Mesh/Mesh Repair/Central Icon in the bottom row) does the renumbering. It is not only does the merge but also squeezes the model.GlobalMerge.JPG

Just make the Merge Tolerance to be small, so it would not actually merge any nodes.

In most cases WARNING 201434 can be safely ignored, especially on 64 bit machines. A small increase in logical memory does not affect anything.
