Shortcut commands constantly stop working

All my shortcut commands I use randomly stop working in Moldflow.
By shortcut commands I mean hitting "ctrl + J" to get to the jobs manager or "ctrl + B" to open the select-by dialog.
Is there a quick way to correct this? Like a botched registry key or something.
