Insight 2012 Ribbon User Interface (quick access toolbar)

I can no longer add (permanently) shortcut’s to the quick access toolbar. Is there an option to save these custom changes?

Can custom toolbars be created?

Hello Rob, asking around it looks like it is a reported issue that is being worked upon.  In Synergy you can open a main item  in areas such as import,create,molding setup, analysis, results and report and when you close or open Synergy they will remain in your quick access toolbar.  it is only when you go into lower levels of subheadings such as   create > geometry   then select nodes, beam ,or  curves etc , they are not stored. The main shortcut  heading   will remain in the quick access toolbar after exiting and then going back into synergy only the higher level short cut remains. The developers are aware of this and are working on a fix. I have attached a word document that shows the process
