How to check internal stresses of a part (after warpage analysis) in moldflow software. Please help me ASAP.

moldflow will not provide. you need to use external software like ansys, abqus.. etc.. Ask help from moldflow techsupport team.

How about checking shear stress? Or is there any way to confirm it with flow temperature? I was also interested in getting some ideas about this?

Moldflow residual stresses plot will give internal stresses but it is before warpage.

Hi Keeravani,

As Madhu said, you can correlate from residual stress result, but this result can be seen only in dual domain and midplane meshes. What type of mesh are you using?

There is a stress analysis module in moldflow....what  will this calculate ??

Does this require additional license or is it part of performance license ?

the stress module is available in
Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Insight Premium and
Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Insight Ultimate.

It is available for Midplane mesh types.
