Can Design Link import ProE Wildfire 4 files yet? I am receiving an error that the import failed because the license was not found or the file type is not supported.

From MDL 6.0, it support up to Granite 5.0 so proE/wildfire 4.0.
You can find those information in the release notes documents, it is part of the MDL installation.
Check another model, check your license, check your model has no defect in proE, and contact Autodesk support.

It looks like we had a license issue. It's directed at the license provided with MDL and appears to be working fine now.
