Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Adviser

I'm having a problem running the Autodesk Simulation DFM add-in in SolidWorks 2012. The widget shows up and seems to work, but when I click to open the Injection or Animation toolbars they do not show up. If I minimize the window, or resize it, sometimes I can get them to show up, but they still seem to disappear at random.

Does anyone know of a solution or have any ideas for me to try?
