Hello
My understanding is that glass filled resin may cause more warpage because of the anisotropy shrinkage. Especially more than 30% filled. I wonder if Moldflow simulation really counts on this or just use shrinkage rate.
I don't really see the big difference in warpage between non-filled and filled resin during moldflow simulation.
Please correct me!
Thank you,
Jung

Have you switched fiber orientation calculations On?
Warpage calculations for fiber filled materials does not have much use when fiber is switched off

Hi Jung,
Can you post some images regarding ther same. How is the filling pattern, and what about the material properties for both filled and non filled materials
Regards,
Ashwin
