Autodesk Simulation Mechanical and Multiphysics

I have a problem with simulating steady fluid flow. My model finished analysing correctly until I refined the mesh. Now it stops the simulation without any warning after finishing step 15 of 30. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks for attaching the log file, it indicates that the simulation stoped at the iteration which was not converged. 

Change pressuer equation solver from iterative solver(default) to BCSLIB_EXT usually will take care of this issue. 

go to Setup/"Parameters" /Solution tab/click ">>" from the line of "formulation"/find Solver control from Segregated options, change default to "BCSLIB_EXT", and refer to the attached image for this change.
