Autodesk Simulation Mechanical and Multiphysics

I am using Autodesk Multiphysics 2012 ( I think this is called Algor?) and it has been a rather disobedient program

I have posted on another section of this forum, but responses have been quiet. Perhaps someone will be able to give me a word of advice?

So I was just wondering if Autodesk CFD would be any more obedient or I am just a bad operator
