Autodesk Simulation Mechanical and Multiphysics

I am encountering an error with PV Designer. I complete my geometry and do "File" --> "Done" but no objects are loaded into the FEA editor.  I get no warnings or error messages in PV Designer or the FEA editor.  Has anyone run into a similar problem?

Also, when I try and export as IGS and open in the FEA editor the program crashes completely, even after a reboot.

And, of course, after a second re-boot everything works perfectly.  Never mind.
