Autodesk Simulation Mechanical and Multiphysics

Hi all,

I need to use Multiphysics for stress analysis for a Final year project. The installation went fine but it won't let me register. also, when I click 'Try' for the trial version instead of registering, it always says there has been a fatal error. I sent an error report and it told me to install service pack two, but when I try to install it says an error has a occurred. In fact, just now it said i need windows XP or earlier and Internet explorer to install the service pack. 

I really need this to work, any suggestions?
