Error 110 when trying to activate my Algor 2011 from trial after 30 days

Title says it all. I refered to another thread (http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Installation-Licensing/Licensing-Error-Code-110-AutoCAD-and-Civil-3D-2...) and checked for my ASR file. It was there.

FYI: I was able to reach the Product License Activation Page where there is the "activation" and "try" button. After clicking the activate button, the 110 error comes out. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit.

(i have extracted the below error from C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Adlm\ASEXP_AdLM.log)

Which flavor of Algor you are using? I assume you are trying to activate Algor Simulation Express 2011. If so, the error 110 is by designed because Express version is used to trial only but cannot be activated.

Please uninstall it and re-install other flavors of Algor 2011, E.g.. CFD, MES... Otherwise, you will cannot use Algor Simulation Express 2011 on this machine any longer.

how do you get the other flavours of Algor? All i did was download the Trial version. I did not see any CFD Algor or MES Algor during installation.

You have to use DVD or download an electronical copy to install other flavors.

Please go into following link to locate an Autodesk reseller to find the required versions of Algor:

that's what i did. i downloaded the trial version. but there was no option to install cfd or mes algor. could you direct me to the download location?

ok, i found out how. i should have downloaded the Algor from my Autodesk Student Community instead of here. Now my student license works fine. Thanks!
