I’m a in the middle of designing a parts washing machine which basically is build around a planetary wheel construction. On these three wheels are three hydraulic manifold blocks mounted.
The whole thing rotates with a given speed in a basin of fluid.
So each wheel spins around its own axis and the three of them also spin around the central axis.
I tried to model this in a CFD simulation, but I’m not sure whether I did the right thing with the multiple rotating frames of reference. So I would be very obliged if someone could take a look at my model.
Any comment would be very welcome, because I’m still in this process of learning.
