ALGOR CFD:

Flexibility for importing CAD model and handmade structure mesh, apply BC either on surface or node; Fan models with fan curve, fluid reaction force output for structure analysis, flow rate check for mass conservation verification.

CFDesign:

Does not support manual structure modeling, no loads on nodes,  faster fluid /thermal coupling, more turbulence models
