Hi,
Please could you be a little more specific about the problem? I understand that you have 1000pa on one side and 0 on the other, the unit is rotating and you have a small clearance.
Do you have a very good mesh through that small gap?
What do you mean by 'In solving are too little speed honey shaft and labyrinth' ?

OK, those help. What about the mesh on the cut-plane? You need a good 4-5 elements though each of those gaps ideally.
What is your actual question, are the results not what you are expecting to see?
